Windows Server 2016 Standard Not Installing Updates

Hi,

I have a customer who is running Windows Server 2016 Standard but I cannot install any Windows updates.

Windows update sits at downloading updates 0%. The windows event log also complains with the following error:

"Windows Update failed to check for updates with error 0x8024401C"

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
